Royal Porthcawl (South East Wales Championship Links)
Wales finest championship links course. 15th in the Golf Digest Rankings. The status of the course is sustained by the many prestigious professional and amateur events held at the club over the years. Michael Williams of the Daily Telegraph summed it all up with; "Royal Porthcawl epitomises all that is best about the game, as it once was, even down to a creaking clubhouse that is as unchanging as the magnificent links and unrivalled hospitality."

Pyle & Kenfig Golf Club (South East Wales Links)
Established in 1922, P&K as it is known locally features two quite different nines, the front nine being more of a heath-land while the back nine snakes it’s way through the dunes. There are some spectacular links holes coupled with magnificent greens. As well as hosting the qualifying rounds for the British Amateur Championships 2002, the club played host to the British Girls Championships 2003, and hosted the Amateur Home International Matches in September 2006

|
Southerndown Golf Club (South East Wales Links)
Established in 1905 the course plays host each year to the prestigious amateur tournament the Duncan Putter. This classic links course provides a real golfing challenge, with narrow gorse and bracken lined fairways, and deep bunkers. There are many longer courses, but few with a finer set of par-threes. Equally memorable are the closing holes, usually played into the wind. The 18th in particular with its intimidating gorse and renowned split-level fairway will live long in the memory.

First, thanks for have not mentioned Rugby results in your mail. For the rest, everything has been fine (hotel and golfs courses), in term of weather except for saturday (definitively a bad day....) it was quite good especially on sunday and monday. For golf, good choice with different type of nice courses (especially on sunday with sheeps on the fairways).
