Royal Porthcawl (South East Wales Championship Links)
Wales finest championship links course. 15th in the Golf Digest Rankings. The status of the course is sustained by the many prestigious professional and amateur events held at the club over the years. Michael Williams of the Daily Telegraph summed it all up with; "Royal Porthcawl epitomises all that is best about the game, as it once was, even down to a creaking clubhouse that is as unchanging as the magnificent links and unrivalled hospitality."
Pennard (South West Wales Links)
Pennard Golf Club, located 8 miles west of Swansea in the Gower Peninsula, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Golf has been played there since 1896, although the course owes most of its appeal today first to James Braid and then to C.K. Cotton. The holes are routed over classically undulating and tumbling linksland, full of hummocks, hillocks and hollows and pocked with dunes large and small; in sum, exactly what we might hope to find beside the shore. Yet this exceptional terrain is not beside the shore - It is two hundred feet above it. No wonder Pennard has been called "the links in the sky.

Pyle & Kenfig Golf Club (South East Wales Links)
Established in 1922, P&K as it is known locally features two quite different nines, the front nine being more of a heath-land while the back nine snakes it’s way through the dunes. There are some spectacular links holes coupled with magnificent greens. As well as hosting the qualifying rounds for the British Amateur Championships 2002, the club played host to the British Girls Championships 2003, and hosted the Amateur Home International Matches in September 2006
Southerndown Golf Club (South East Wales Links)
Established in 1905 the course plays host each year to the prestigious amateur tournament the Duncan Putter. This classic links course provides a real golfing challenge, with narrow gorse and bracken lined fairways, and deep bunkers. There are many longer courses, but few with a finer set of par-threes. Equally memorable are the closing holes, usually played into the wind. The 18th in particular with its intimidating gorse and renowned split-level fairway will live long in the memory.

Ashburnham (South West Wales Links)
Ashburnham is one of the finest and oldest golf courses in Wales, founded in 1894. It’s located close to the Burry Estuary and Worm’s Head with fine views over Carmarthen Bay.Today’s course, which measures 6,630 yards from the back tees, is the result of alterations by J.H.Taylor in 1914, Fred Hawtree in 1923 and then Ken Cotton (himself a member at Ashburnham). These three great architects have created a classic out-and-back links course, rolling gently through the dunes.
Machynys (South West Wales links)
Machynys Peninsula Golf & Country Club incorporates the first Nicklaus-designed golf course in Wales, as well as first class golf, spa and leisure facilities.Teeing off from the first hole couldn’t be more picturesque, with stunning views over Carmarthen Bay and the Gower Peninsula. An exciting and versatile course, Machynys Peninsula has been designed to challenge the best players in championship conditions - and yet still be enjoyable for the higher handicapper, by utilising up to five tees per hole
